Read Revelation 15:1 through 16:21
“Great and marvelous are your deeds, Lord God Almighty. Just and true are your ways, King of the ages. Who will not fear you, O Lord, and bring glory to your name? For you alone are holy” (Revelation 15:4–5).
These words, penned almost two thousand years ago, still stir the heart today. The truth they present is an eternal truth. We cannot think of God and not think of the marvelous deeds He has done on our behalf.
From the ordinary to the extraordinary, God is with us everyday. Every breath we draw, every step we take, God is doing marvelous deeds on our behalf that no one else can do.
Imagine what your life would be like today if you had not answered God’s call. Your life might be quite different. For some people, the entire course of their lives would change. For others, major portions would be the same externally but internally, their lives would be very different. These changes, from the sublime to the magnificent, came about because the King of Ages cared enough about you to send His Son.
Challenge For Today:
Determine to give Christ the consistent adoration and heartfelt praise that only He deserves.
