About these terms
These terms cover the EPHOD websites (ephodlifestyle.com and ephod4png.com), the EPHOD PH and EPHOD PNG apps, and EPHOD's pages on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
What EPHOD offers
EPHOD is a free Bible reading ministry. We publish daily Bible readings, memory verses, Gold Nuggets, devotions and Bible-teaching seminars so that people can read and understand God's Word. Everything on the websites and in the apps is offered free of charge.
Using the content
You are welcome to read, share and link to EPHOD content for personal, church and ministry use, and to share our posts on social media. Please do not sell it, claim it as your own, or change it in a way that misrepresents the Scripture or the teaching.
Scripture and copyright
Each Bible translation belongs to its publisher and is used under that publisher's permission or licence. Examples are the Tok Pisin Bible (© Bible Society of Papua New Guinea, CC BY-NC-ND 4.0), the Chinese New Version (© Worldwide Bible Society) and the NIV®. The version is named wherever a verse appears. Devotions, seminars, designs and videos made by EPHOD remain the property of EPHOD. Photographs and music are used under their own licences.
Social media pages
EPHOD publishes its own daily verses, devotions and videos to its pages on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok. Some of this publishing is done by software that we run ourselves. It posts only EPHOD's own content to EPHOD's own accounts. It does not read, collect or store information about the people who follow or watch. Each platform's own terms and privacy policy apply to your use of that platform.
Comments and messages you send us on those platforms may be moderated or removed if they are abusive, unlawful or off-topic.
Accuracy
We work hard to publish correct text and teaching, but we cannot promise that everything is free of errors. The content is for encouragement and instruction. It is not professional, medical, legal or financial advice.
No warranty and limit of liability
The websites, apps and pages are provided "as is", without any promise that they will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, EPHOD and the people who run it are not responsible for any loss that comes from using them.
Links to other sites
Our pages may link to other websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or how they treat your information.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. In short, the EPHOD apps collect no personal information, and on the websites the only information we keep is what you choose to give us when you save your progress in the EPHOD Seminars course (your email address, an optional name and country, and your course progress).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continuing to use EPHOD after a change means you accept the new terms.
